⚡ Rules That Release, Not Restrict ⚡
Weekly Inspiration for Electricians
In the electrical industry, we’re governed by rules, standards, and regulations—SANS codes, compliance checks, safety protocols. At first glance, these can feel like burdens or obstacles standing between us and the job we want to get done.
But take a closer look.
These rules don’t exist to hold us back—they exist to protect us. To prevent loss. To preserve life. They’re the reason we can work confidently and go home safely. They guide us to do our best work, and help others trust in the quality and safety of what we install. In short, they don’t limit our potential—they unlock it.
The same is true in our spiritual walk.
Many people misunderstand God's Word as a set of outdated rules or heavy burdens. But those “rules” are actually boundaries of love. God is not trying to restrict us—He’s trying to protect us. The commands He gives are not to take away your freedom, but to guide you into the fullness of your calling.
📖 “The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes.” – Psalm 19:8
Just like an RCD trips to protect the user, God's boundaries are there to save you from hidden dangers. And just as a properly wired system performs at its highest efficiency, a life aligned with God’s Word unlocks your full potential.
So today, whether you’re tightening lugs in a DB or making a tough life decision, remember:
Boundaries aren’t burdens. They are blessings.
Walk in obedience. Follow the guidelines.
And watch how far you’ll go.
