Finding Rest in God’s Nature

⚡ Monday Inspiration for Electricians

Theme: Finding Rest in God’s Nature
Scripture: “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28

Every electrician knows what it means to run on empty. The jobs pile up, the phone doesn’t stop ringing, and by the time Friday arrives, you’ve given everything you have—sometimes even more. It’s in those moments, when your hands are tired and your mind feels stretched, that God whispers the same invitation He’s given for centuries: “Come and rest.”

But rest isn’t just about sleep. True rest comes when we pause the race, step away from the noise, and find peace again in God’s creation.

Sometimes it’s standing under an open sky and realizing the same God who paints every sunrise also has your life in His hands.
Sometimes it’s sitting quietly beside a river or watching the rain fall on your workshop roof—remembering that every drop is a reminder of His provision.

When we take time to step out of the rush and just sit by His feet, our hearts realign. The stress begins to fade, and strength begins to return. Nature has a way of preaching without words—it reminds us that God is still in control, that He sustains everything, and that we don’t have to carry the weight alone.

So, this week, take a moment. Step outside. Breathe.
Let the same power that keeps the lights of the universe burning restore the spark within you.

💡 Reflection for the Week:
When last did you rest with God and not just from your work?

🌿 Encouragement:
Recharge your heart in His presence, and you’ll find strength to keep shining in the days ahead.
