Refund Policy for TDMI Training
At TDMI Training, we strive to provide high-quality training to help you advance in your electrical career. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:
Refund Eligibility
• Once your access to the training portal is activated, you have a 14-day window to apply for a refund.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content within the training portal.
How to Request a Refund
• To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of your portal activation. Provide your name, course details, and reason for the refund request.
• Refund requests can be submitted via email at fin@tdmi.co.za
Refund Process
• Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it and respond within 5 business days.
• If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that transaction fees or processing charges may be deducted from the total refund amount.
Non-Refundable Situations
• Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be considered.
• If you have completed more than 25% of the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are not applicable for any promotional or discounted courses unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms and conditions.
Course Access and Cancellation
• Upon refund approval, your access to the training portal and course materials will be revoked immediately.
• If you wish to re-enroll in the course after a refund has been processed, you will need to pay the full course fee again.
