Terms & Conditions (EWSETA / QCTO Aligned)

Enrolment, Invoicing & Payment
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed enrolment form. An invoice will thereafter be issued, and payment of the required deposit or full course fee (as applicable) becomes due in accordance with the invoice terms. Access to training material, assessments, or practical components may be withheld until payment obligations are met. -
Accreditation, Curriculum & Regulatory Changes
TDMI Training is an accredited training provider and delivers training in accordance with the requirements of EWSETA, QCTO, and applicable occupational qualifications, unit standards, and curricula.
Should any legislation, regulations, national standards, accreditation requirements, or registration criteria be amended by the Department of Employment and Labour, QCTO, EWSETA, or any relevant authority, TDMI Training reserves the right to amend training content, assessment methods, schedules, or delivery formats accordingly, without incurring liability. -
Assessment & Moderation
All assessments are conducted in line with EWSETA and QCTO assessment and moderation policies. Assessment results remain provisional until internally and/or externally moderated and officially approved by the relevant authority. TDMI Training does not control moderation timelines and shall not be held liable for delays caused by external moderation processes. -
Learner Eligibility & Registration Responsibility
It remains the sole responsibility of the learner to ensure that they meet all statutory, regulatory, and experiential requirements for registration with the Chief Inspector or any relevant authority.
TDMI Training provides training and assessment services only and does not guarantee registration, certification, or the issuing of a licence by the Department of Employment and Labour or any other regulatory body. -
Statements of Results & Certification
Statements of Results, certificates, or confirmations of competence will be issued only once all training, assessment, moderation, and administrative requirements have been met, and subject to approval by EWSETA, QCTO, or the relevant quality assurance body. -
Health, Safety & Conduct
Learners attending practical training or assessments must comply with all occupational health and safety requirements, site rules, and instructions issued by TDMI Training or its representatives. Failure to comply may result in removal from the training or assessment without refund. -
Liability & Personal Property
TDMI Training shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property, nor for any injury sustained while attending training, assessments, or visiting the premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded in terms of applicable law. -
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enrolment form, the learner confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all applicable training, assessment, and regulatory requirements.
